Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Website uses cookies to distinguish our Customers from other users of our Website. This helps us to provide our Customers with a good experience and also allows us to improve our Website. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Website, pages visited, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data. We and our service providers use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, to personalize our Customers experience while using the Services and to recognize our Customers computer in order to assist our Customers use of the Services.

We also gather statistical information about use of the Services in order to continually improve their design and functionality, understand how they are used and assist us with resolving questions regarding them. Cookies further allow us to select which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to our Customers and display them while our Customers are on the Services. If our Customers do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows our Customers to automatically decline cookies or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to our Customers computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular site. Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with the Services to, among other things, track the actions of users (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the Services and response rates.

We may use third-party analytics providers, such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about use of the Services and report on activities and trends. These third parties may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources. We may use Adobe Flash Local Shared Objects (“Flash LSOs”) and other technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about our Customers use of the Services. If our Customers do not want Flash LSOs stored on our Customers computer, our Customers can adjust the settings of our Customers Flash player to block Flash LSO storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel. Our Customers can also control Flash LSOs by going to the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions (which may include instructions that explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash LSOs (referred to as “information” on the Macromedia site), how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on our Customers computer without our Customers being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) how to block Flash LSOs that are not being delivered by the operator of the page our Customers are on at the time). Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash LSOs may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications, including those used in connection with the Services.

Third Party Advertisers

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to our Customers when our Customers access and use the Services and other websites, apps or online services, based on information relating to our Customers access to and use of the Services and other websites, apps or online services on any of our Customers devices. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on our Customers browser (including through use of pixel tags). They may also use these technologies, along with information they and we collect about our Customers online use, to recognize our Customers across the devices our Customers use, such as a mobile phone and a laptop. If our Customers follow a link to any of these websites, please note that we are not responsible for the privacy, information or other practices of any of these third parties.

In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM or any other app developer, app provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information our Customers disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps.

How do we protect our Customers personal information?

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If our Customers have reason to believe that our Customers interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if our Customers feel that the security of our Customers account has been compromised), please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contact” section below.

Access to information

If our Customers would like to review, correct, update, suppress or delete Personal Information that our Customers have previously provided to us, our Customers may contact us at our Customer Support number.

In our Customers request, please make clear what Personal Information our Customers would like to have changed, whether our Customers would like to have our Customers Personal Information suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations our Customers would like to put on our use of our Customers Personal Information. For our Customers protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that our Customers use to send us our Customers request, and we may need to verify our Customers identity before implementing our Customers request. We will try to comply with our Customers request as soon as reasonably practicable.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that our Customers began prior to requesting a change or deletion. There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.

Use of Services by Minors

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that they not provide Personal Information through the Services.

Cross-Border Transfer

Our Customers Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services our Customers consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of our Customers country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of our Customers country.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised.
